1. Operating Entity & Platform Purpose
Ngwanu Market is an e-commerce platform and retail template engineered by Ngwanu Tech, founded by Emmanuel Emeka Ndubuisi in Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms govern the purchase of physical consumer goods and the dispatch of orders across Lagos and interstate destinations.
2. Orders & Order Acceptance
An order is confirmed upon receipt of online checkout completion (via Paystack, Flutterwave, or verified WhatsApp direct dispatch confirmation). If an item is out of stock after order submission, customer service will notify the buyer within two (2) hours to offer an immediate full refund or priority restock.
3. Lagos Dispatch & Handover
Orders dispatched within Lagos are handled by vetted courier riders and dispatch vans. Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM West Africa Time (WAT). Customers are required to provide a reachable Nigerian phone number to coordinate direct handover.
4. Payment on Delivery (POD)
Payment on Delivery is accepted across all supported Lagos zones. Buyers selecting POD agree to be present at the delivery location and inspect goods upon handover. Failure to receive dispatched POD orders without prior notice may result in future POD restriction.
5. Demo & Sample Disclosures
Customer reviews labeled as “Sample Reviews” and activity alerts labeled as “Sample Order Activity” are pre-loaded demonstrative content showcasing retail capabilities. All live transactions placed through the seller WhatsApp channel are real and honored.
