Returns & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Eligibility

We stand behind every retail object sourced and sold on Ngwanu Market. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of courier handover to initiate a return or exchange for items that meet the following conditions:

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact.
• Footwear is in original shoe box and packaging without scuffs.
• Tech accessories and home objects include all original cords, seals, and manuals.

2. Lagos Doorstep Pickup

To initiate a return or size exchange, send your order reference number (e.g. NGW-4821) to our WhatsApp support line. A dedicated dispatch rider will be scheduled to inspect and retrieve the parcel from your Lagos address within 24 hours.

3. Refund Timelines & Bank Transfer

Once returned merchandise passes intake verification at our Lagos hub, refunds are credited within 24 to 48 banking hours directly to your designated Nigerian bank account (or original Paystack/Flutterwave source card).
